These budget air stones are perfect for hobbyists and pond owners.

Though they will need to be replaced more often than ceramic air stones, they do offer a good solution to providing your pond with much needed air at a cheaper price.

2″ 50MM CERAMIC GOLF BALL ROUND AIR STONE:

These ceramic golf ball round air stones are much more expensive to buy do offer a much finer and intense air diffusion and do last much longer and therefore do not need replacing quite so often.

These high quality long life air stones are made from a refined ceramic compound.

They produce very fine aeration and can be used in conjunction with any good air pump.

All of the ceramic air products listed have plastic end housings which protect the air stone against abrasive contact from any surrounding surfaces.

Many Koi keepers, unfortunately are not aware of the importance of air in both the pond and more importantly within the actual biological side of the filtration system, please remember that every living thing, including bacteria survive only with a source of air and the benefits of air within the filtration system will be seen in a very short space of time.

Air Stones like many other products, only have a certain life-span and do need replacing frequently to maintain optimum performance.
